Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights has appointed Ivan Vidal as La Tablita’s new chef de cuisine.
Vidal’s culinary career spans 14 years and 20 restaurants. He started out working as a chef in his father’s restaurant before studying Culinary Management in Mexico and Switzerland.
Jose Rocha, the hotel’s director of F&B culinary operations, and a Hyatt veteran of over 30 years said: “[It’s] a great opportunity to be able to bring Ivan on-board the La Tablita team. Being so young, his accomplishments are many, and his positive spirit and passion for cooking are infectious!”
Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights opened in March 2015 and is the second Hyatt Regency property in Dubai.
Located in Healthcare City, the hotel features 463 rooms and 405 residential units.
