The first 99 Sushi Bar to open outside of Spain has just launched at at The Galleria on Al Maryah Island, Abu Dhabi.
Part of the capitals luxury shopping and dining destination, 99 Sushi Bar is the latest addition to launch as part of The Galleria’s Dining Collection.
“99 Sushi Bar is an unforgettable venue and offers something new to the capitals dining scene. Our customers leave having had an honest experience. Customers can relax in our lounge bar after a long day at work or enjoying the full a la carte experience in our restaurant, private dining or terrace as the weather improves,” said general manager, Jaime Castaneda.
Guests enter via a large wooden door to be greeted by the signature 99 Sushi Bar fish sculpture, which is in all of the current restaurants and bespoke to each.
The venues contemporary design infuses a variety of textures and colours; from gold mosaic wall coverings to red velvet chairs and intricate Spanish floor tiles as a nod to the brand’s heritage.
99 Sushi Bar, Abu Dhabi, is the sixth venue globally and first in the region to be opened by brothers Pedro and Fernando De León and prides itself on being a must-be for Japanese culinary lovers, created with the authentic philosophy of Japanese cuisine with a focus of “real fine-dining”.
