Billionaire Dubai has opened at its new home in Taj Dubai.
Billionaire Dubai’s Artistic Production Director, Montserrat (Montse) Moré, formerly of Cirque Du Soleil, has brought together a cast of the world’s most talented dancers, singers and acrobats for a new show.
Sharing centre stage, Celebrity Chef Bauthan Piatti Zeynioglu has created an à la carte menu that combines New-Asian modernity and Italian authenticity.
The experience begins with the likes of Wagyu beef carpaccio, phyllo pastry with wasabi mayo, which offer a marriage of textures and flavours, and guacamole that is prepared right at the table.
Plus, spinach and ricotta ravioli with butter and sage sauce and maltagliati pasta with spiny lobster. The mains include miso-marinated Alaskan black cod, 4-season wagyu rib-eye, and more.
The New-Asian menu boasts an array of sushi, sashimi and maki rolls, with the Billionaire sashimi & maki selection (24 pieces), which can be served with with extra truffle shavings and a selection of caviar.
