Bab Al Qasr Hotel & Residences has appointed Elias Saad as Food & Beverage Director. With over 20 years of experience in Abu Dhabi’s culinary scene, he has been tasked with transforming the dining experience.
In 1999, Saad was first appointed as Assistant Food & Beverage Manager at Hilton Hotel. Throughout his career, he worked with hotels such as Le Royal Méridien, Emirates Palace, and more.
He is also known for his “can-do” attitude and while asked what his biggest achievement was, Saad, with a smile on his face says, “In 2019, I was part of implementing the initiative to donate leftover food of our Friday mega brunch to feed shelter dogs. We were the first to implement it and we were the ones to receive the ‘Best Environment Initiative’ Award from the Abu Dhabi Government, recognising our efforts, while competing with big companies.”
