Guests will be immersed in opulence and grandeur from arrival, as they experience interiors inspired by Gothic architecture and a striking honeycomb structure symbolising the complexity of nature and further reflecting the intricacies of Dialogue as a concept. All this mixed with electrifying light technology illuminating the venue is sure to leave you spellbound as the music sweeps the night away. Dialogue’s custom-made furniture adds the perfect zing to accentuate the dining and lounging experience.
Head Chef Avneesh Gautama creates a unique and innovative dining experience at Dialogue. His passion for cooking paired with his culinary experience across the Mumbai hospitality sector has awarded him with incomparable knowledge of modern Indian cuisine and an in-depth understanding of South Asian flavours, which is reflected in the carefully crafted menu full of modern twists on traditional tastes. Gautama went on to study at London’s prestigious Le Cordon Bleu, gaining a diploma in French Cuisine. Both aspects of Head Chef Avneesh’s journey with food gives birth to Dialogue’s flavoursome and indulgent menu. Each starter, snack, main course and a sweet treat at Dialogue is a perfect fusion of Avneesh’s delicate French cookery skills and bold, exciting Asian flavours, all of which complement the exciting and tantalising nature of the venue.
