The newly opened Punjab Grill, Dubai is located in The Oberoi, Dubai, and offers an intimate dining experience with an innovative menu of modern Indian cuisine. The restaurant overlooks the Courtyard, featuring a live open kitchen where a team of skilled chefs are always on the go preparing dishes from the menu over flaming grills and aroma-saturated tandoors. Leading this team is Executive Chef Sandeep Ail, hailing from Mumbai, where he underwent culinary studies at the Institute of Hotel Management. His expertise in balancing Indian cuisine that is both traditional and modern.
Punjab Grill’s diverse menu, curated by Chef Sandeep Ail, is authentically Indian yet with exciting gastronomic twists and will include Punjab Grill classics such as the Butter Chicken and Kashmiri Lamb Chops along with new additions such as Dabur Black Cod, Sesame and Coconut Prawn served with Ragi noodles, and Duck Breast Vindaloo. The menu also has a good range of gluten-free options and dishes that can be prepared to cater to vegan diets such as Tandoori Portobello and Kundapur Roast Cauliflower. Freshness is key and ingredients are locally sourced, including Burrata produced in the UAE and fresh oysters from Dibba Bay.
Starting September 16, TiNDLE will be on menus with 8 restaurant partners with close to 20 outlets across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Fujairah, including At.Mosphere at Burj Khalifa, Akira Back Dubai, BB Social Dining at DIFC, Bite Me Burger/Get Plucked at DIFC and Jumeirah Park, FIKA at Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Zero Gravity at Dubai Marina, La Brioche in Dubai and Abu Dhabi and Le Meridien Al Aqah Beach Resort in Fujairah.
To celebrate TiNDLE’s UAE launch, from September 16 – 18, Bite Me Burger/ Get Plucked at DIFC will be giving out 100 free ‘Oprah Henfry’ TiNDLE burgers every day from 12pm onwards. Delectable TiNDLE crispy chicken sliders and several other dishes will also be debuting at Zero Gravity’s popular Summer Brunch on September 17, from 1pm – 5pm.
