Pullman Dubai Deira City Centre is welcoming a new executive chef to pioneer in all the hotel outlets such as Medley Restaurant, Le Café, La Fabrique Bar, Azure Pool Lounge and Room Service Menu.
The son of a chef, French-born Chef Laurent Brunacci has over 30 years of culinary experience in French, Western, Continental, Arabic and Asian cuisine, and he specialises in Mediterranean and Provencal styles of cooking.
Chef Laurent has worked as a corporate chef for different restaurant concepts in France and New York, and he first arrived in Dubai in 2011 as an executive chef at the Shangri La Hotel, and has since worked as an executive consultant for a few project in the UAE and Kuwait, and as an executive chef at the Address Dubai Mall.
