The Hybrid Rooms are furnished with various high-quality devices allowing efficient virtual and physical meetings, including a portable video collaboration device, wireless Logitech presentation clicker, and portable Jabra loudspeakers and microphone. The rooms have StarTech USB hubs and adapters to support multiple USB devices with a singular connection on laptops, while wireless screen connectivity allows guests to cast their laptop screens and audio on the meeting room display without any cables. The wired HDMI screen connectivity also ensures a smooth fall-back solution in case wireless screen projection might not be operational due to unforeseen circumstances.
Additional Mandatory Standard Audio-Visual Technology
All Hybrid Rooms offer an easy ‘Click to Connect’ WiFi connection, providing a simplified authentication-less process that allows guests to get online quickly. Rooms are complete with a Polycom conference speakerphone, high-quality television screens, and spare laptops for guests to use as needed. Meetings will flow with ease with the unique and modern conference management system, giving conference and events teams full technical control over the meeting spaces, and allowing them to set up a conference network and customised access codes with a few mouse clicks. This is supplemented with digital meeting room signages, displays and totems, offering superior wayfinding service to conferences delegates. A 75-inch, high-quality projector is available in large meeting rooms for large format displays. Further optional devices include fixed video collaboration devices in dedicated boardrooms to be used with the guests’ own laptops and own web-conferencing solutions. Supplementary facilities are also built-in and available for request upon guests’ preference.
