Panache International, a disposables manufacturer, has been awarded the ISO 9001:2008 certification for manufacturing and distribution of food grade disposable products.
ISO 9001 sets the criteria to help companies demonstrate that they are capable of offering customers consistent and exceptional quality of products and services.
Panache utilises a Lean Management system that involves all employees from the CEO to the assembly line to continuously work towards improvement, in line with the Japanese KAIZEN philosophy, according to Vishaal Shah, CEO of Panache International.
Shah said: “Panache International is now a proud ISO certificate holder, and I have to say that this puts us in line with our future plans and prospects to make our brand just as much a B2C champion as we are B2B pioneers. We follow the Kaizen approach, which means we are all equally involved in improving and reengineering our process for maximum improvement and success. I guess this has been recognised by the body that qualified and chose us as worthy of this esteemed certificate. We will continue on our path to better our systems to cater to every need of the region and globe, and hope for the support of our loyal customers in our journey.”
