Hershey’s Chocolate World Bake Off series has been pitting the freshest of cakes against one another all year, and as the series now draws to a head, Hershey’s ardent baking community is gathering for an all-star finale where finalists from previous bake offs go head to head.
On December 9th, the short-listed participants will be asked to come up with a festive creation in honour of the holiday season, using Hershey’s high quality products as main ingredients.
Competitors’ baking prowess will be judged by a panel including Vida Hotel & Resorts Executive Chef Spencer Lee Black, Mark Mauricio from The Hershey’s Company and an executive from Al Abbar Enterprises.
Winners can look forward to some sizzling prizes, with the first place scoring a yearlong supply of Hershey’s baking goods along with a one night stay at Vida Hotel with breakfast and dinner for two. The runner up will win an Urban Picnic Brunch at Vida Hotel for four people and a 6-month supply of goodies from Hershey’s Chocolate World. The third place spot will earn a voucher for brunch at Vida Downtown and an exclusive baking hamper from Hershey’s Chocolate World.
The event is an nity for the audience to experience a baking masterclass by Black, who will demonstrate the endless possibilities and delicious combinations that can be achieved with Hershey’s ingredients. The tutorial will proceed in easy to follow steps and audiences will be given detailed recipe cards to take home with them.
