In the second edition of the annual Michelin Guide in Dubai, STAY by celebrity chef Yannick Alléno retained the coveted two Michelin stars for a second year.
A world-class culinary legend, Yannick Alléno has earned 16 Michelin stars across his portfolio of restaurants around the world. With a career spanning four decades, he has continually strived to share and define the essence of Modern French cuisine.
