From 23rd January to 28th February 2025, the five-star hotel will host an exceptional array of gastronomic experiences, inviting food lovers to embark on a delicious journey of discovery.
Now in its third year, EPICURE Culinary Month promises an unrivalled celebration of culinary excellence. This immersive, month-long event showcases the talent and creativity of the hotel’s extraordinary chefs and local culinary heroes shaping the region’s culinary landscape. With exclusive events hosted across the hotel’s renowned restaurants and venues, EPICURE Culinary Month invites food enthusiasts to explore innovative flavours and world-class cuisine in a setting designed to inspire and indulge. Guests can enjoy mixology classes, themed dinners, and unique dining experiences crafted to delight even the most discerning palates.

Highlights of EPICURE Culinary Month:
23-24 January: The Art of Butchery
Porterhouse Bar and Grill is proud to host French Master Butcher Chef Imad Manseri for a two-day culinary showcase celebrating the finest in butchery and French beef. Guests will be treated to a unique experience as Chef Manseri presents a trolley showcasing premium cuts from five distinguished French cattle breeds: Charolais, Limousin, Blonde d’Aquitaine, Salers, and Montbéliarde. The specially curated menu is Dhs350 per person, with an optional wine pairing available for Dhs125. À la carte options will also be offered.
7 February: Four Hands Dinner
Experience an extraordinary dining event as Executive Chefs Daniel Hillier of Sofitel Dubai The Palm and Russell Impiazzi of Sofitel Dubai The Obelisk come together for a remarkable four-hands dinner, showcasing their culinary mastery. Held at Porterhouse Bar and Grill, this event offers a stunning fusion of flavours (Dhs250 per person, additional Dhs150 for wine pairing, à la carte also available).
21-22 February: Evening with Truffle Master Massimo Vidoni
Join Truffle Master Massimo Vidoni at Laguna Beach Taverna & Lounge for a weekend filled with truffle-infused delicacies, live entertainment, and unparalleled indulgence (Dhs450 per person, à la carte also available).
22 February: EPICURE Brunch
Celebrate the grand finale of EPICURE with a spectacular beachside brunch at Maui Beachside, featuring signature dishes from Sofitel’s culinary team, welcoming back Truffle Master Massimo Vidoni and Master Butcher Imad Manseri for a memorable culinary showcase (from Dhs250 per person).
Moana, the award-winning seafood restaurant, will offer a month of exceptional weekly seafood experiences. From 24 to 31 January, enjoy Dibba Oyster Week, featuring freshly shucked local oysters at just Dhs10 each. From 1 to 7 February, indulge in the Crudo Bar Experience, offering a curated selection of raw and marinated seafood delicacies for Dhs95. Sushi & Sashimi Week takes centre stage from 8 to 13 February, showcasing expertly prepared Japanese classics for Dhs199. The month concludes with Fish Hook Week from 16 to 28 February, presenting an array of inventive seafood creations for Dhs125.
Celebrate the Lunar New Year with a special set menu dinner at Hong Loong (Dhs195 per person) or treat your loved one to an unforgettable Valentine’s Day experience at three of Sofitel Dubai The Palm’s finest venues: Porterhouse Bar and Grill, Laguna Beach Taverna & Lounge (with private cabanas), and Moana. Each venue will feature live entertainment and exquisite culinary creations (from Dhs700 per couple). Guests can also dive into Laguna Beach Taverna & Lounge’s zero-waste mixology classes (Dhs175 per person) and special culinary month menus across five signature restaurants (from Dhs195 per person).
