Six Senses Zighy Bay, Oman will welcome Michelin-starred guest chef Greg Malouf to its signature mountaintop fine-dining restaurant, Sense on the Edge.
Malouf will work alongside chef de cuisine Ron McKinlay to create a special menu for guests from April 5 – April 9.
An Australian native of Lebanese parents, Malouf is known for his contemporary twist on traditional cuisine from the Middle East, spanning Moorish Spain to North Africa and Turkey.
Malouf recently announced his departure from Clé Dubai following the expiration of his two-year contract, and will work on his eighth book, which will explore the food culture of Beirut.
Six Senses Zighy Bay is located on the northern Musandam Peninsula in the Sultanate of Oman and features 82 village-inspired pool villas set in a bay with a backdrop of the Hajar mountains.
In addition to Sense on the Edge, F&B venues at the hotel include Bedouin dining experience, Shua Shack, Arabic restaurant Spice Market, and Wine Cellar, which offers food and beverage pairing.
