Craft Café, the first concept by new Dubai F&B consultancy 3 Hospitality, launches this month in Dubai Design District (d3) offering “hearty, healthy, soulful food” in a stylish space.
The venue has been designed by 3 Hospitality co-founders Domenico Lannone and Roberto Segura.
Lannone was previously deputy GM at Zuma Restaurants, while Segura was executive chef at The Act, Dubai.
Segura commented: “We are so happy to be opened after months of extensive planning and hard work to ensure every element is crafted to perfection. Our passionate and friendly team is ensuring an enjoyable experience for all customers in our earthy, welcoming Cafe.
“Our dishes have been lovingly created to ensure we deliver healthy, hearty, soulful food and our variety of options will provide something for everyone.
“The launch of Craft Café offers something unique and interesting to d3. Our values of providing a laid-back and genuine experience that is dedicated to our customers, is something we are really happy to share with Dubai.”
Open for breakfast and lunch, the menu is focused on locally-sourced produce, with items such as Slow-Cooked Duck Waffles, Seared Salmon Nori Wraps, and Enoki Salad on offer.
Gambas Aioli, Beef Anticucho and Baby Chicken are some of the menu options to be prepared on the restaurant’s Josper oven.
Beverages will include hand harvested tea, smoothies and artisanal coffee blends.
During the restaurant’s launch period, customers will receive a free coffee or meal when they bring a friend.
