Yas Viceroy, Abu Dhabi has launched cooking classes, which will take place across the hotel’s F&B outlets this spring.
Classes will be available at Angar’s Indian kitchen, Italian restaurant Amici’s, rooftop lounge, Skylite and Arabic/ Mediterranean outlet Atayeb’s.
In Angar’s Indian Kitchen, Chef Pradeep will put guests to the test with a competition between teams to see who can create the best Indian dish, and this will be followed by dinner.
Chef Romani at Amici’s Farm to Fork master class will show guests how to make fresh Italian dishes using homegrown ingredients and at Atayeb, guests will learn how to make fattoush, kibbeh, hummus and mouhalabia, mezzehs and main courses before enjoying an Arabic dinner.
Skylite’s classic cocktail master class will allow guests to spend an evening preparing, mixing and tasting three classic cocktails, including Negronis and French Martinis.
The Angar cooking class is available on request for AED 350 (including dinner) with a minimum of six guests.
Amici’s class will take place on the first Tuesday of every month from 11am – 12.30pm and is priced at AED 150 (including lunch).
Meanwhile, the lessons at Atayeb are available on the third Friday of every month from 4.30pm – 7.30pm for AED 350 (including dinner) and Skylite’s cocktail classes are on every third Wednesday of the month from 7 – 8pm, priced at AED 95 (including three cocktails).
