The Westin Doha Hotel & Spa has introduced the Bubbalicious brunch, a well-known weekly event at sister properties The Westin Mina Seyahi in Dubai and The Westin Abu Dhabi Golf Resort & Spa.
The brunch will feature more than eight live cooking stations, showcasing the hotel’s three new restaurants, Hunters Room & Grill, Sabai Thai and Seasonal Tastes.
Seasonal Tastes, which serves popular international fare and local Arabic specialties throughout the day, including the brand’s signature SuperFoodsRx menu, will offer live cooking stations at the brunch, with Arabic Mezze, salads, pasta, sushi and dessert to be on offer.
Stations featuring dishes from contemporary South African-influenced steak house, Hunters Room & Grill, and the hotel’s signature restaurant, Sabai Thai, will be a key feature of the brunch.
Traditional roasts with all the trimmings will be available from the Hunters Room & Grill station, while the Sabai Thai station will feature Thai appetisers, curries, and Pad Thai.
Bubbalicious will take place from 12.30pm – 4pm and is priced at QAR 295 for the soft drinks package, and QAR 350 for the grapes, grains and bubbles package.
The 365-key Westin Doha Hotel & Spa opened its doors at the end of March in partnership with Ghanem Al Thani Holdings, headed by Sheikh Ghanem al Thani.
In addition to Seasonal Tastes, Hunters Room & Grill and Sabai Thai, the hotel has another three F&B outlets.
These are the Luxe Lounge; the Waves Pool Café, which offers healthy snacks and drinks poolside, and MIX Bar, Lounge & Terrace, which features cocktails and the largest terrace in Doha.
