New York seafood restaurant and lounge, Catch Dubai, is celebrating its first year in the Middle East on 24 May.
The venue, located in Fairmont Dubai Hotel, first opened its doors in April 2015 with the aim of bringing the atmosphere of New York’s Meatpacking District to Dubai.
UK show band Salut will perform with pop and funk music at the first anniversary celebrations.
Guests will receive a complimentary glass of Moët & Chandon Nectar Impérial Rosé champagne on arrival, and chef Bobby Griffing will prepare a special anniversary set menu priced at AED 530 per person.
The set menu will feature Crispy Rock Shrimp, King Fish Tacos, Korean Fried Chicken and Sticky Toffee Date Cake.
The a là carte menu will also be available, with options such as Tartare Trio with Salmon, Hamachi, Tuna, Caviar and Wasabi Crème Fraiche; Crispy Whole Snapper with Peppers, Oyster Mushroom, Chili, Garlic and the S’Mores Pizza with burnt marshmallow ice cream and melted milk and dark chocolate.
Catch Dubai is open seven days a week for dinner from 7pm to 2am.
