Chef Julien Larre will assume the position of Chef de Cuisine at The Beach House, while Chef Nayindra Bahadur Chetry takes on the role of Executive Pastry Chef at the resort.
Chef Julien Larre brings a wealth of international culinary expertise to The Beach House. His impressive career began when he graduated from Cuisiner Lycée Hotelier de Biarritz, France in 2000. He spent many years honing his craft in hotels from Courchevel to Saint Tropez before moving to the Middle East in 2016 as part of the opening culinary team for Nikki Beach Hotel. Since then, Chef Larre has developed eclectic menus and overseen the opening of several high-end restaurants in different roles across the region. His in-depth knowledge of kitchen operations and people management will be a huge asset at The Beach House, while diners can anticipate a variety of appetising new additions to the menu in the coming months.
The new Executive Pastry Chef at Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort is Chef Nayindra Bahadur Chetry, whose mastery of pastry arts has earned him widespread acclaim. Hailing from Assam, India, Chef Nayindra qualified in hotel management before pursuing his vocation as a chef. After two years training in five-star resorts in his home country, Chef Nayindra assumed his first role in Dubai in late 2011. He has worked with brands such as Sheraton, Leela and Movenpick and his journey has taken him to Qatar and back to India, where he has managed the pastry operations for numerous outlets and huge conventions. Chef Nayindra’s flair for creating visually stunning and delectable pastries is sure to delight guests of the resort.
