Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort is delighted to welcome Chief Baker Mark Quico to its outstanding hospitality team. Chef Mark brings 15 years of experience and a well-earned reputation for working to the highest standards with impeccable efficiency.
Chef Mark began his culinary career in 2008 after graduating from the Philippines’ Central Luzon College of Science and Technology with a degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management. After being appointed as a Steward at The Westin and Le Meridien Mina Seyahi, he quickly progressed to become Commis Chef, Demi Chef de Partie, Chef de Partie, and – by January 2016 – Senior Chef de Partie for all resort outlets.
Chef Mark joins the Anantara family with an extensive background in leading operations across multiple restaurants, implementing creative menu developments, and training team members to exceptional standards. He is dedicated to driving excellent working practices and nurturing supportive teams who are devoted to exceeding guest and customer expectations.

Chef Mark will be responsible for delivering and developing a dynamic menu of mouthwatering baked goods across all dining outlets at Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort, including Revo Café where guests are invited to rest and relax or grab and go from 8.00 am – 10.30 pm every day.
