Milana brings a rich educational background with degrees in Law and Economics from prestigious institutions in Beijing, China, and Kazakhstan, respectively.
Her professional journey includes a commendable four-year stint at InterContinental Hotels Group, where she played pivotal roles in the pre-opening of Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina and later served as Cluster Digital, PR and Marketing Manager for a group of four hotels at Dubai Festival City.
Her accomplishments include a string of successful pre-openings, relaunches, brand conversions and consistently fruitful marketing campaigns. Notably, she earned a spot as one of the Middle East’s 30 under 30 Hoteliers in 2021.
In her role, Milana is dedicated to amplifying Hyde Dubai’s presence and cultural imprint within the vibrant Dubai scene. With a keen eye on brand positioning and culture, she aims to orchestrate successful partnerships and collaborations that not only increase footfall but also raise visibility and foster deeper engagement with Hyde’s unique F&B destinations—Katsuya, Cleo, Perq, and Hudson Tavern—alongside the Cinq Mondes Spa.
