Karim is a hospitality specialist, with over 15 years of successful rooms operations experience in high-end and luxury hotels and resorts in the Middle East, with Four Seasons, Sofitel and Radisson Collection, and has worked with Grand Plaza Mövenpick Media City since the pre-opening period.
By applying his analytical approach, problem-solving techniques and leadership skills, Karim has a proven track record of handling complex issues efficiently, and has worked to enhance the guest experience, which placed the hotel among the top Premium hotels in the region in terms of Guest Satisfaction scores.
In his New Role as Director of Operations, Karim will oversee all Rooms and Food and Beverage service operations, and will drive service delivery to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction and quality.
