Antonio Bitetto, a passionate and creative executive chef with more than 20 years of experience, joins The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai’s award-winning culinary team as Chef de Cuisine in charge of Splendido Social Bar & Kitchen, focused on overseeing his culinary team and enhancing the unique and memorable culinary experiences offered to each guest.
As Chef de Cuisine in charge of Splendido Social Bar & Kitchen at The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai, Bitetto will manage 5 chefs in total, as well as retain quality and outstanding flavors within each dish, working closely with the dedicated Ladies and Gentlemen at The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai to refine and further elevate the cuisine for which The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai is renowned.
Bitetto has worked in leading dining institutions across England, France, Switzerland, Italy and UAE for more than two decades, such as The Bulgari Resort, Dubai where he managed 18 chefs from a host of backgrounds and nationalities, ensuring a fresh and innovative approach to each individual kitchen. Prior to his appointment at The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai, Chef Antonio worked within some of Dubai’s most critically acclaimed kitchens, level of quality and standards across all dishes leaving the kitchen, in addition to supporting the executive chef in creatively preparing a range of dishes including Italian, Arabic and Asian cuisine. Antonio has also worked within prestigious properties such as Grosvenor House – a Luxury Collection Hotel.

Antonio Bitetto speaks English, French and Spanish and has a degree in culinary arts in ALMA international school of Italian cuisine of Gualtiero Marchesi.
