Address Boulevard, the newly opened property under the Address Hotels + Resorts portfolio, has opened its all-day dining restaurant, which has a luxury residential apartment concept.
‘The Restaurant at Address’ is designed like a bourgeois Parisian apartment with a menu offering European and Mediterranean inspired cuisine and sharing dishes.
Pascal Dupuis, general manager at Address Boulevard, said: “The Restaurant at Address is a focal point of Address Boulevard, redefining the concept of all-day dining in a carefully curated space that marks a first.
“Combining the unique expertise of seasoned chefs with a unique ambience that caters to a discerning clientele, it will appeal to guests who value the true nature of the ‘make yourself at home’ experience.
“The specially crafted menu represents a shift in culinary thinking and provides the visitor with a novel culinary experience in one of the city’s most exciting restaurants.”
The venue features a kitchen, lounge, living room, study room, dressing room, collection room, library, games room and music room as well as a secret private dining room.
The culinary ethos of the restaurant is ‘eat what you want when you want’. Diners can enjoy breakfast lunch and dinner in different spaces throughout the venue.
The kitchen area and its pantry can be used for quick, informal breakfasts and socialising over coffee.
The space was created by London design outfit Imagination and led by Carlos Virgile.
Virgile commented: “The concept had to create a perfect fit to match the exclusive lifestyle of guests, and the idea was to reimagine the predictable hotel eating and socialising experience as a lived-in concept; a place that feels real as a luxury residential setting where the ‘owners’ live, enjoy their surroundings and invite their friends to share their place.”
