Taj Dubai’s signature Indian kitchen, Bombay Brasserie has launched a weekly limited edition menu from 29 March until 26 April.
Available only on Thursdays, the set menu includes a range of classic and contemporary dishes paired with a selection of aged malts.
With the help Joe Shield, MMI brand ambassador, the restaurant has created a signature pairing for a four course menu which will explore Indian flavours coupled with the finest Scottish drams. Highlights of the set menu include khurmani ki tikki, an apricot-filled potato cake served with apple yoghurt, paired with Glenlivet 12. Guests can also savour the vanilla expressions of Glenlivet 18, matched with the rich sauce of Bombay Brasserie’s organic chicken curry.
The five week offering will conclude with an interactive chef’s table, hosted by Joe Shield and Bombay Brasserie Head Chef Ajay Negi.
