London-based concept Burger & Lobster is gearing up to open its first Dubai restaurant in January 2016 in the Burj Daman Building, DIFC, adding to its growing global portfolio that currently includes New York, London and Stockholm.
With already too many decisions to make in life, Burger & Lobster likes to keep it simple with a menu offering only three items: 10oz burgers, whole lobsters or lobster rolls, served with chips & salad. Take your pick.
The burgers are made from cuts of corn-fed, Angus steak that contain natural marbling, presented in a brioche bun from Burger & Lobster’s own recipe which is baked daily on-site.
And the lobster is all wild and flown in live from the Atlantic Ocean and the restaurant has some of the biggest lobster tanks in the industry.
