Chocolate Week, an occasion of pure indulgence, was presented at the JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai in collaboration with Valrhona, from 16-21 November.
Guest chef Michel Willaume served up treats for the senses showcasing finest quality Valrhona chocolate in the renowned outlets Prime68 and La Farine.
The ‘Sensorial Chocolate Dinner’ at Prime 68 gave guests hints of chocolate from around the world in each course, while the ‘Around the World Chocolate High Tea’ at La Farine served four ethically sourced bars of chocolate paired with tea and coffee.
Throughout the week guests could sample exclusively made, exquisite Delicé Chocolaté cakes crafted by master chocolatiers and juniors could take the Kids’ Chocolate Masterclass.
