The beach resort in Sharjah is now serving its guests food made from the organic produce of its garden, Coralganic.
This new service comes in line with Coral Beach Resort Sharjah’s environmental vision as it supports healthy living and sustainable farming. The garden will home to organic produce including eggplant, spring onions, mustard leaves, pumpkin, mint and tomatoes to name a few.
Commenting on the new facility, Mr. Haytham Abdul Aziz, General Manager of Coral Beach Resort Sharjah said, “We are very excited to launch this successful new garden. Taking on the healthy lifestyle through using freshly produced greens will not only help us cater to visitors who are already following the trend, but will also encourage visitors to follow the sustainable experience.
“This step supports the sustainable dining experience and encourages healthy living, and we look forward to implementing it while working on further improvements and additions”.
The chefs at Cote Jardin and Al Dente Italian restaurants will use these ingredients to serve guests fresh platters for their dining experience.
