This month, Cuisinero Uno, the casual dining restaurant with Spanish and Mediterranean influences is launching a culinary master class led by its head chef and founder, Chef John Buenaventura.
The masterclass will provide participants with basic kitchen skills and in-depth knowledge of different marination techniques and cooking methods.
The hands on masterclass will see Chef John guide students through the step-by-step process of preparing a dish. The classes are divided into standard cooking, and customised classes. The standard cooking class changes every month and for August, Cuisinero Uno will be offering a masterclass on steaks or paella.
The customised classes are for groups who have specific dishes they would like to learn. This session must be booked three days in advance and costs AED 400 per head.
Ingredients and tools for the masterclass will be provided by the restaurant, in addition to a short slideshow presentation. Soft beverages will also be served during the masterclass and participants will be treated to the finished dish they prepare.
