Dubai Herbal and Treatment Centre (DHTC) just launched new food and beverage concept, Eat Well, on its first floor.
Eat Well is claimed to be the first science-based nutrition and sustainable eatery in Dubai with gluten and sugar-free dishes.
Wellness chef Patrick Ikinofo said: “We aim to provide a universal and trusted standard for healthy and sustainable dining to DHTC patients and the public.
“Our focus is better-for-you meals aligned with health through food philosophy. The current success is a proof of the increasing demand of consumers for meal options that are both healthy and environmentally sustainable and we look forward to this growth.”
The eatery offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner and delivers customised meal plans.
Its menu includes a wide range of food options for vegetarians and vegans.
The venue also offers a space for people to learn about healthy cooking or conduct private events and seminars.
