Dubai World Trade Centre-owned Emirati restaurant, Seven Sands, has opened its second outlet in the Etihad Museum in Dubai.
Complementing the museum’s story of how Dubai was founded, the restaurant aims to take diners on a culinary journey through the seven emirates.
Seven Sands offers a Basement Café with grab-and-go items and guests can dine in at the Bistro on the first floor.
Basement Café options include traditional sweets, salads, wraps, sandwiches and camel milk ice cream.
Some of the dine-in menu items at Bistro are ‘Jesheed Sambousek’ (savoury golden-fried pastry stuffed with minced shark and infused with bezar spice, served with a sweet chili dip); and ‘Ghanam Kebabs Wrap’ (traditional freshly grilled lamb kebab with tomato and sumac onions wrapped in thin Rokak bread).
The other Seven Sands outlet is located at The Beach opposite JBR, and next to Sheraton Jumeirah Beach Resort.
Seven Sands is an all-day dining Emirati cuisine outlet with outdoor seating and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The venue also has a café, grab-and-go concept and shisha lounge.
