Scheduled to open in September 2019, JA Lake View Hotel adds another 348 luxurious rooms and suites to the area, as the third property in the 128-acre JA The Resort in Jebel Ali.
Promising to add restaurant concepts driven by chefs with Michelin-star acclaim, three additional outdoor swimming pools, and a contemporary rooftop bar with views over the golf course and Arabian sea, JA Lake View Hotel will add another level of unforgettable experiences for modern travellers.
The 348 key hotel is designed to be spacious and relaxing, with a focus on light and space, and a neutral colour palette complementing the natural surroundings of the green landscape and saltwater lake. The property also offers five meeting rooms with floor to ceiling windows.
In a year where JA Resorts & Hotels has hinted at a new food and beverage focus and multiple new additions, JA Lake View Hotel will launch Kinara, an Indian restaurant, headed by Michelin Star chef Vikas Khanna. The hotel will also host 81, a buffet restaurant serving breakfast and dinner with live cooking stations, named after the inaugural year of JA Resorts & Hotels’ first property. Republik is set to be a new modern gastropub with Friday brunch and a live DJ, and the rooftop mixology lounge will be named Bibé, after the Latin word for drink.
Located 10 minutes away from Dubai Parks & Resorts the new 5-star property joins the JA Beach Hotel and the all-suite JA Palm Tree Court to become Dubai’s largest experience resort. Set along 800-metres of private beach, JA The Resort claims over 1 million sqm of activities and an extensive array of leisure facilities. In total the resort has seven landscaped swimming pools with four swim up bars, a choice of 23 restaurants and bars, a 9-hole, par 35 championship standard golf course with floodlit driving range, putting and pitching greens and Leadbetter Golf Academy Dubai, four floodlit tennis courts and a tennis academy, squash courts, badminton courts, beach volleyball facilities, horse riding stables, 9-hole mini-golf course, a Watercooled Watersports Centre with water-skiing, windsurfing, jet-skiing, banana boats, catamarans, laser sailboats, and a private 85-berth full service marina offering fishing trips, boat trips and sea plane flights. It also boasts 6 shooting ranges, Calm Spa, a 1,100m2 bio-garden, a crèche, CoolZone Kids’ Club, ChillZone Teens’ Club, and babysitting service.
