Jumeirah Emirates Towers has launched a year long series of country themed culinary promotions dubbed the JET set, highlighting the hotel’s extensive culinary offerings. Kick starting the initiative this month, the property will celebrate all things Canadian at Mundo – the all new, 142-seat interactive global dining restaurant.
Commenting on the Canadian inspired culinary experience, His Excellency Emmanuel Kamarianakis, the consul general of Canada in Dubai, said: “We are really excited that the world-class food and beverage team from Jumeirah Emirates Towers are using outstanding Canadian ingredients. Quality is in our nature.”
During Canadian month, diners can experience one-off culinary events including All Things Poutine and Creamery Winery Smokery – a spotlight of Canada’s finest smoked meats and cheeses expertly paired with Canadian wines, Mission Hills and Peller Estates.
Later in the Canadian month calendar, renowned Canadian chefs Jason Parsons and Maurice Desharnais will dissect Canadian cuisine during an interactive cooking demonstration on Tuesday 2 February, followed by a sumptuous 3-course dinner prepared by the expert duo.
