Building on the growing demand of healthy eating, Marks & Spencer has launched their Veggie range, which includes a selection of dishes like the Edamame Bean Burgers and Sweetcorn Burgers- a healthy alternative, Beetroot Falafels served with a Tzatzki dressing, Lentil and Beetroot Burgers, Veggie Mince, Roasted Mushroom and Red Onion Sausages and Vegetable Kiev.
Catering to the health conscious consumer, the Veggie range is packed with protein and includes soya mince, a healthy source of protein which is naturally low in fat and also suitable for vegans. This plant-based protein can be cooked in the same way as mince by adding to stir fries and pasta dishes.
