Four Seasons Hotel Doha has appointed Gaurav Khanna as general manager of Nobu Doha.
In his new role, Khanna will be responsible for overseeing restaurant operations of the world’s largest Nobu, which features a 192-seat dining area, two private dining rooms, multiple lounges, and catering operations.

Khanna brings over 10 years of international five-star hotel operations and restaurant experience to Nobu Doha and Four Seasons Hotel Doha.
Prior to his appointment, he was assistant general manager of the restaurant and part of the pre-opening team.
Before moving to Doha, Khanna was assistant GM of Nobu Dubai and part of the pre-opening team.
In addition to overseeing operations, he headed Nobu pop-ups held annually at Mazagan Beach & Golf Resort in Morocco.
Khanna began his career at The Taj Mahal Palace & Towers in Mumbai, India as a hotel operations management trainee.
He graduated from Maharashtra State Institute of Hotel Management & Catering with a Bachelor’s in Hotel Management. He is fluent in English, Hindi and French.
