The venue has been invited to pop-up at the Mandarin Oriental, Macau.
Palazzo Versace travels internationally in this exciting first for the home-grown brand Enigma. The innovative Persian restaurant will be popping up for three days in Macau, taking over the all day dining at Vida Rica Restaurant located on the second floor with panoramic views of the South China Sea and the Nam Van Lake.
The restaurant will be plating up a menu of creative Persian inspired dishes with guests of the Mandarin Oriental experiencing selected bites such as Kashke Bahemjun, charcoal grilled eggplant with Kashk, fried mint and roasted onions or Nargesi, melted baby spinach, confit potatoes and farm eggs with purple chips.
“We are delighted to welcome the talented Michelin star Chef Mansour Memarian from Palazzo Versace Dubai. It is a wonderful opportunity to introduce new flavours to the local customers and have them experience the taste of true Persian cuisine by the expert himself,” said Marco Pedrelli, director of culinary, food & beverage, Mandarin Oriental, Macau.
Enigma’s menu has been created by Michelin starred Chef Mansour, taking inspiration from his Iranian origins, Mansour has developed a creative gastronomic experience of authentic Persian cuisine with his own inimitable twist.
“We are truly excited for this new experience and to showcase the best of Enigma at the Mandarin Oriental. Cooking is storytelling and through my cuisine I hope to show Macau the rich flavours of Persia and my childhood memories,” chef Mansour said.
This opportunity for Palazzo Versace is just the start of its plans for a globally renowned status.
