Pera Palace Hotel Jumeirah, Istanbul, has appointed Nessi Behar as the new director of food and beverage and Onur Kademoğlu as the new director of sales and marketing.
Onur Kademoğlu joins Jumeirah with 11 years’ experience gained from a number of luxury hotels including the Istanbul Edition, the Ritz Carlton and the InterContinental. He recently worked as the director of sales and marketing at the Kempinski Hotel Barbaros Bay Bodrum.
Nessi Bahar joins with 10 years’ experience gained from the food and beverage industry including roles at the Dorchester Hotels across China, USA, UK and the Savoy Hotel in London, and most recently at the Swissotel The Bosphorus, Istanbul, as food and beverage operations manager.
In his new role, Nessi will manage and oversee the culinary operations in the hotel’s restaurants and bars.
