Seafood festival, Shellebration, returns to Pierchic for a second edition this summer.
The three-month festival, which begins on 7 July, will explore six European destinations through their seafood specialities, with a different dish introduced each fortnight.
Chef Paolo Bellamio will begin with paella de arroz con bogavante (paella with lobster and seafood) from Valencia, Spain.
The paella combines king prawns, monkfish, squid, whole lobster, two varieties of clams, scallops and crab with saffron rice, vegetables, herbs and traditional spices.
The paella de arroz con bogavante will be available from 7-22 July, priced at AED 350 on the a la carte menu, and incorporated into the Chic Brunch menu.
