Start the evening with a selection of fabulous entrees, including soft shell crab sliders with old bay remoulade and pickled ginger, Lil’Brgs with USDA beef, topped with special sauce and a sesame seed bun, and Prawn Cocktail with chicory, baby gem, tomato, cucumber concasse and green apple.
For a lighter meal, the venue offers watermelon with Persian feta, pickled cucumber and black olive crumbs, or the STK Caesar, with gem lettuce, smoked anchovy, soft boiled egg, shaved parmesan and crouton.
The exclusive Raw Bar boasts an array of seas and land favourites. Fresh shucked oysters are served with jalapeno mignonette, and the spicy bluefin tuna tartare accompanied with avocado, mango, chili oil and wasabi mayo. Serving a selection of premium quality USDA prime beef, Canadian Heritage, Australia Striploin and American Fillet, STK main courses come hard to beat. The steaks offer a wide selection of cuts, from smaller fillets and tender striploins to larger cuts as the ribeye, T-bone or tomahawk. Those who don’t fancy a beef cut can enjoy vegan, vegetarian, fish, meat and poultry options, such as rack of lamb with ratatouille, yogurt and olive tapenade, grilled veal chop with sweet and sour pepper, broccolini and chili butter and steamed seabass with coconut-garlic rice, avocado, cherry tomato and pickled fennel.
