Following the F&B industry zeitgeist, Table 9 at Hilton Dubai Creek is to adopt a bistro-style concept menu designed by chef Esteban Gomez.
The Chilean chef has based the menu on a mix of new and old favourites the restaurant has become famous for, includingHomesmoked Table 9 Salmon, Veal Tenderloin with smoked pumpkin puree and gremolata, and signature deserts such as the Table 9 Rhubarb and Custard.
The restaurant was launched in 2011 by Gordon Ramsay’s protégés, Nick Alvis & Scott Price and later under the reign of Darren Velvick the restaurant has won several public and industry awards for its innovative approach to modern European cuisine.
