Gulf Bagel Factory, a UAE-based producer of breads and baked goods is looking to expand its services across the GCC.
In addition to growing its presence in the UAE, Gulf Bagel has begun operating in Kuwait and Bahrain, with Saudi Arabia the next market on the radar.
In addition to geographical expansion, Gulf Bagel continues to grow its product range, and today offers more than 200 types of bread products.
While the company first launched in 2014 as a supplier of New York-style bagels, its portfolio has grown to include croissants, breads, muffins, brioches and ciabattas for the horeca sector.
Operating from a boutique facility in the UAE, Gulf Bagel has invested in the latest baking and freezing equipment on the market, while sourcing high quality ingredients from around the world.
Gulf Bagel Factory’s general manager, Christopher Gauci commented: “Since our launch, our vision has been to be synonymous with great quality. As a local producer of bread products, which are free from any kind of preservatives or artificial flavouring, we offer significant advantages to our B2B clients by enabling them to provide authentic, freshly-made baked goods to their customers, as well as offering considerable cost savings.
“We are committed to providing authentic baked goods that can form a part of any balanced diet. We make real bread with no preservatives and no colourings added. We use real butter, not margarine, and never use egg powder, choosing only pasteurized eggs. We even grow our own natural yeast which is tended to every day and is what gives our products their flavour. The result is, simply, a better tasting product.”
