The eatery is located on the prominent coastline of Al Dhaid Road and University City and is set to be the perfect city escape for individuals of all ages. Caya’s interiors feature an expansive seating area, complete with minimalistic tones and tranquil aesthetics and design elements. The architectural inventions making up the restaurant will define the difference between the existing and the new as well as the arabesque and the Mediterranean creations. The opulent seating arrangements take centre stage while guests can immerse in the different flavors of infused mocktails, or an array of delicately fashioned teas embodied with light floral undertones. The gastronomic experience begins with an array of wood fire pizza infusing homemade sauces, 48 hour proofed sourdough and a choice of meat or vegetables oozing flavors and explosions of cheese bursts with each bite. The all day menu includes a Greek Chicken simmered in yoghurt dip, sprinkled with roasted tomatoes, and a classic interpretation of the signature pistachio labneh layered with strips of olives, parsley and pesto for added flavor.
Caya promises sensory explosions of taste with the freshest combinations with impeccable taste. The real showstoppers are the angel hair arrabiata with pink sauce and the parmesan taglioni – this dish is perfectly glazed with cacio e pepe sauce and adds a touch of aged parmesan bringing out the authenticity and culinary creations into a single dish.
