The Raw Seafood delivers beloved tastes from the Lebanese shores and the Mediterranean along Turkey’s south Turkey, and features the exquisite Saint Vaast Oyster, an epithet alluding to the French village of Saint Vast from where these oysters are brought to Asil; and the divine Tuna Tartar, a yellow fin Tuna served with avocado, orange dressing and green apple minty sorbet, among others.
The Hot Mezzes selection features the scrumptious Duck Pastilla, a refined high-quality duck meat, wrapped filo
pastry and topped with almond tuille and orange puree; the delicious Kebbeh Mishwiye, a popular classic kibbeh from Zgharta region of Lebanon, served with Turkish-style yogurt and cucumber; and the scrumptious Grilled Octopus, leg of octopus served with cauliflower puree and green harissa; among others.
Alternatively, Asil’s new menu also features Epic Mains,
