The bold new restaurant encapsulates Chef Alexandros Sperxos’ two decades of culinary mastery, seamlessly blending his Greek heritage with global influences to craft a new dimension of Greek-inspired cuisine.
The sleek open kitchen, where chefs cook over open flames, invites guests to witness the magic behind each plate. Beautifully presented dishes, with intricate details and delicate touches, create a multi-sensory experience that elevates dining to an entirely new level. The menu reimagines Greek flavours with bold, elevated twists, each dish reflecting Chef Sperxos’ wild creativity and passion, while showcasing the artistry and innovation that have defined his career.
Begin with the Chargrilled Octopus (Dhs68), paired with fava bean mousseline, pickled pearl onion, squid ink crisp, and chilli butter. For a modern twist on tradition, enjoy the Deconstructed Lamb Loin Souvlaki (Dhs52), featuring fresh black truffle, homemade harissa, and Tzatziki on a bed of microgreens. Indulge in the rich flavours of Red Prawns Orzo Saganaki (Dhs86) with feta cheese mousse and basil oil, or savour the delicate Mediterranean Seabass Fillet (Dhs98), accompanied by seasonal vegetables, citrus celeriac velouté, and crispy celeriac chips for a textural contrast.
The Lamb Shank Trahana (Dhs128) is slow-cooked to tender perfection, paired with fermented pasta and kefalotyri foam for a rich and satisfying dish. For a truly indulgent experience, the Wagyu Beef Steak (Dhs328) is served with a creamy baby potato gratin and charred cauliflower and topped with Chef Sperxos’ signature sauce. To conclude your meal, the Molten Portakalopita (Dhs48) is a decadent dessert of cinnamon ice cream, vanilla crumble, and caramelised phyllo — a modern twist on a beloved Greek classic. Also, the Galaktoboureko with Gianduja (Dhs48) offers a luxurious take on the traditional dessert with chocolate semolina cream, chocolate soil, and syrup.
