Dubai’s award-winning restaurant, The Thai Kitchen located at the luxury resort, Park Hyatt Dubai, will celebrate Loy Krathong, the traditional festival of lights with a specially curated family style sharing menu featuring a variety of delectable dishes from November 8th to November 15th.
Diners will be able to choose from starters including pu jaa, yum ped thod krob and poh pia sod. The selection of mouth-watering sharing style mains will boast signature dishes like panaeng neua, hor mok pla kaphong, gai yang wi-chian buri and kao hom ma-li. The whole experience will be completed on a sweet note with i–tim cha thai, woon ma-prow onn.
To mark the cultural significance of the celebration embracing water, light, thankfulness and good fortune, The Thai Kitchen invites guests to take part in a traditional ceremony, set against the last full moon of the year on November 8th. Throughout the night, patrons will be able to witness the release of floating baskets, followed by welcome drinks and canapés at The Lounge terrace with traditional live Thai music and Thai cultural dance performances. Following the ceremony, guests will be led to The Thai Kitchen, where they will enjoy Chef Bon’s specially curated family style set menu.
