Developed especially for the occasion by Chef Moon Kyung Soo, the 5-course Peruvian Sambakase menu pays homage to SUSHISAMBA’s distinct Peruvian heritage, which is blended with the cultures and cuisines of Japan and Brazil to curate the restaurant’s internationally acclaimed dining experience.
Inspired by the Japanese term “Omakase”, which literally translates into “I leave it up to you”, the Peruvian Sambakase menu embraces the Japanese dining ethos of having the chef select and serve seasonal specialties to their guests. Featuring newly introduced dishes which will only be available for the two-week dining event, alongside beloved Peruvian-inspired signature items from SUSHISAMBA’s acclaimed à la carte menu, the Peruvian Sambakase dining menu promises to deliver an unforgettable journey through Peru, in a manner that is unique and authentic to SUSHISAMBA’s iconic culinary DNA.
Prepare to discover the inspired tastes and traditions of SUSHISAMBA’s Peruvian heritage as you move through mouthwatering 14-dish menu which comprises of starters, taquitos, seviches, sushi, antichuchos, cazuela and desserts. Exceptional new creations from beyond the restaurant’s award-winning culinary repertoire such as the Salmon Guacamole, served with avocado, caviar, salmon roe and crispy nori cracker; Quinoa Salad, with mint, kale, tomatoes and pomegranate; Yellowtail Maki, with green chilli, leche de tigre, shrimp and avocado; and King Crab Cazuela, served with rice, cassava, yuzu and molho a campanha, add an exploratory new dimension as they are joined by some of SUSHISAMBA’s most beloved Peruvian-inspired dishes such as the Tuna Seviche, Yellowtail Maki, Japanese A5 Wagyu Taquitos, Chilean Seabass, Angus Beef Tenderloin and more. Available exclusively as part of the limited time menu, the new dishes elevate the refined Sambakase experience, showcasing SUSHISAMBA’s long-standing passion for the many facets of Peruvian culture and cuisine.
Closing the meal on a sweet note are the crowd-pleasing Banana Cake and the Chicha Morada Pops, a decadent, popular dessert from Peru comprising of purple corn, refreshing sorbet, crispy raspberry, creamy white chocolate and zesty lime. The perfect end to an unforgettable meal.
Priced at AED520 per person, the Peruvian Sambakase set menu experience will be available exclusively for dinner reservations from 25th July to 7th August.
