Holi, also known as the “Festival of Colours”, is a vibrant and joyful celebration that marks the arrival of spring in India. It is a time when people come together to celebrate life, love, and happiness by playing with coloured powders, singing and dancing to music, and indulging in delicious traditional delicacies.
Kinara is honouring this historic, cultural celebration with a special menu, thoughtfully curated by Michelin-star chef, Vikas Khanna. The selection of Holi-inspired dishes offers both fragrance and flavour, creating a colourful canvas through the art of culinary craftsmanship.
Diners can enjoy a variety of classic courses, including Dahi Bhalla and Beetroot and Khoya Kebab, as well as Chicken Bharta, Mattar Ki Kachori, Sunehri Paneer and Lamb Chop Qorma. For something sweet, Chef Vikas is presenting Thandai Pannacotta, a dessert bursting with pistachio, saffron and rose.
