After months of preparation, the stage is now set for The Big F&B Forum, to be held September 15, 2015 at Ritz-Carlton JBR, Dubai.
The day begins with an introductory keynote from Debra Greenwood, director of Dubai Food Festival, who will address the forum on the importance of F&B to Dubai’s tourism industry, before hearing from ESMA on the new Halal regulations; Marriott International’s Markus Roeder on Project Canvas; 4Corners’ Paul Grimes on supply chain security; and Dubai Municipality’s Bobby Thulasi who will share the story of his recent trip to Expo Milano 2015.
Panel discussions will cover the hot topics of employment dynamics; F&B finance models; authentic dining concepts; the F&B industry and obesity and locally sourced ingredients.
The day will end with a special event courtesy of A&E, the Malts Masterclass.
Michael Gordon Editor of Catering News Middle East, which organised the forum, said: “Everybody here at Catering News ME magazine is incredibly excited about the agenda we have created for The Big F&B Forum and our valued readers are clearly eager to hear more about these topics, as demand for registration continues to be high.”
The agenda was devised by the Catering News ME advisory panel at an exclusive meeting at Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management and can be viewed in the image below.
