Anatolian restaurant Rüya Dubai at Grosvenor House Hotel will venture outside of the UAE with a pop-up activation this month in Madrid.
Taking place at Patio Magnum at Villa Magna hotel in the Spanish capital, the pop-up will run from 3 – 21 October from 6pm – 11pm daily.
Guests will enjoy the brand’s signature Anatolian creations with a contemporary twist, prepared by executive chef Colin Clague and his team.
During evening, the resident DJ from Zuma at D Maris Bay Hotel in Turkey, will create a laid-back atmosphere.
To enhance the experience, Restaurante Villa Magna will offer an a la carte menu from 23 – 28 October, inspired by Chef Colin’s dishes.
Concluding the collaboration, guest can enjoy a lunch buffet of Ruya dishes on Saturday 28 October.
The pop-up with Villa Magna is the first stage in Ruya’s forthcoming expansion plans, to be announced shortly.
