Combining the artistry of classic afternoon tea with the rich flavours of Emirati heritage, Chef Maitha has created a menu that is as innovative as it is indulgent. Guests can expect a delightful selection of savoury and sweet treats, thoughtfully crafted to reflect both tradition and sophistication. The Afternoon Tea experience is available daily from 2 PM to 6 PM, at AED 220 per stand for two. Advanced bookings are highly recommended.
The Afternoon Tea menu includes a medley of re-imagined items designed to tantalize the taste buds, such as savouries: Khameer with Yegt Labneh, Fagaa Quiche, and Camel Machbous. Sweet treats include Gahwa and Chocolate Mousse, Liwa Date Cake, and Black Loumi Tart, to name a few.
Afternoon Tea would not be complete without signature scones. Traditional scones with clotted cream and house-made preserves are served alongside a choice of Zataar or Saffron and Cardamom infused scones with Fig and Date jam. Guests will also enjoy a curated selection of premium teas, showcasing local and international blends to complement the culinary offerings.
