The meticulously crafted menu captures the essence of the diverse Indian cuisine and provides every taste bud with the taste of a traditional yet elevated dining experience. Conceptualised by Executive Chef Vikas Milhoutra, the menu effortlessly combines timeless classic dishes of India, reimagined with contemporary finesse. Highlights from the menu, available in vegetarian and non-vegetarian choices, include Angara Chicken Tikka/Paneer Tikka, Tulsi Ajwain Ka Mahi Tikka, Khas Seekh Kebab.
